Through its various subsidiaries and partners in more than 25 European countries Pro-Europe delivers waste-recyling projects in close collaboration with the European Commission.

Pro-Europe, as the administrator of the well-known "Green Dot" scheme, called on the technical and multimedia expertise of Constructive Learning to set up the Youth Eco-Parliament, now in its fourth year, which gives many thousands of young Europeans the chance to collaborate on various environmental projects.
